Growing up in Orlando, Florida, I learned early that life was meant to be lived fully. Raised by a mom who was also my best friend, my childhood was a whirlwind of sports, skateboarding, and kickball—playing until the streetlights came on. After studying Finance at the University of Central Florida, I jumped into the professional world with gusto, landing a role at a Fortune 500 company where I managed and sold over $50 million in Healthcare IT products. By my early twenties, I was jet-setting across cities and sitting in boardrooms with C-Suite executives, proving that age is just a number when passion drives you to succeed. The corporate world, however, soon revealed its limits and ignited my entrepreneurial spirit.

Determined to build something that reflected my passion for sales, negotiation, and business operations, I expanded my expertise across diverse industries like SaaS, automotive, home services, real estate, financial services, and more. Today, as the Co-Founder and Owner of MSGA Consulting alongside my longtime friend Todd Speciale, I’ve scaled multiple 9-figure organizations, trained thousands of sales professionals, and built record-breaking teams. My most proud accomplishment? Building a family with my high school sweetheart, Melissa, and my two boys, Jax and Blaze WHILE building a successful company. I don’t miss meetings, and I sure as shit don’t miss date nights with the wife nor coaching soccer games for the boys. You CAN have both.
